InCab Installer will not open

Symptoms:

When you open the T3RRA InCab Installer you see the following error window.

Cause:

The Tablet may not have the latest version of .NET Framework(v4.8).

Solutions:

Download the latest version of .NET. Also make sure the window version is up to date.

Sudden Vertical Shifts/Jumps

Collected survey data is blue and red only.

Elevation Offset during surveying.

Drain Survey mode performed in error.

Elevation points not appearing correctly or with voids.

Surveying at heights close to sea level results in an incorrect field surface.

Levees are jumbled and crossing over.

Imported SWP+ ditch track names are too long.

Drain Design freezing and/or producing jagged profile view OR Small Field design has jagged edge and difficult to see changes in elevation.

Attempting to save a PDF report throws an error.

Markers not visible.

My cut/fill map is totally a single color representing no cut and no fill.

There is an ‘offset’ cut area beside my drain.

iGrade is indicating that Remote Commands are not being received from T3RRA software or indicating ‘No Surface Defined’.

Error from grade values do not match on iGrade and T3RRA software.

User cannot turn “Grade On” with iGrade 2.

Poor as-applied coverage.

Bi-Directional error in T3RRA.

Tractor position icon is far above or below the surface.

Tractor position icon does not adjust when you zero against a benchmark.

Map icon on the T3RRA software screen lags behind the actual field position.

‘As-Applied’ not updating correctly

Project has moved N/S or E/W.
