GPS issues with Windows 11

Issue:

T3RRA having GPS inconsistently operating after updating to Windows 11

Cause: 

Out of date COM drivers/ incompatible drivers with Windows 11

Solution:

update USB-RS232 drivers on tablet to restore GPS connection.
